A Christmas Message from All of Us at JWC

As Christmas Eve draws to a close, all of us on the Jurassic World Cluster staff team want to take a moment to wish every single one of you a truly wonderful Christmas.

Whether you’re spending it with family, friends, chosen family, pets, or dinos (no judgement there), we hope this season brings you warmth, rest, laughter, and a little bit of festive magic.

🎁 A Quick Christmas Period Reminder

During the Christmas period, staff help will be limited. Like many of you, our Admins, ECs and Moderators also have families and loved ones they’ll be spending time with over the holidays.

We kindly ask for your patience with admin queries and tickets during this time. If something genuinely urgent comes up, you can absolutely open a Help ticket and tag the staff — but where possible, please try to avoid requesting staff assistance over the festive period. Your understanding honestly means a lot to us (and helps keep admin sanity intact 😄).

A huge thank you to everyone who has taken part in our Christmas events so far. Seeing so many players jump in, laugh, compete, and enjoy themselves is exactly why we do this.

And good news — we’re not done yet. We’ll be hosting a few more events throughout the holiday season, so keep an eye out if you fancy grabbing yourself some more festive prizes and ending the year on a high note.

🏘️ Our Christmas Village

This year, we’ve been incredibly lucky to have a beautiful Christmas Village on our Events server — and it deserves special recognition.

A massive thank you to Scottish Viking, Lord Rahl, and Caz, whose creativity and building talent brought this village to life. It’s been the heart of many of our Christmas events and a genuinely lovely place to explore.

If you haven’t seen it yet, you can visit the Christmas Village on the Events server by teleporting from Blue Ob — it’s well worth the trip.

We’d also like to give a special shout-out to Akimbo, who has been working tirelessly behind the scenes to bring you all your in-game Christmas events. The effort, planning, and energy put into this season has not gone unnoticed.

🎄 Christmas Booster Pack Reminder

A reminder that the Christmas Booster Pack is still available for players who have donated the XL donation equivalent this festive season.

Please bear with us while these are processed — we have a high number of players claiming booster packs, and our admins will get to them as soon as possible. Your patience is greatly appreciated and helps us ensure everything is handled fairly and correctly.
